White Oak Pastures, a hidden gem in next generation organic farming based in Southwest Georgia, now has products in many Whole Foods stores on the East Coast including this store in Tallahassee, Fla.

Headquartered at their farm in Bluffton, which is about an hour west of Albany, White Oak Pastures is setting the bar pretty high when it comes to new-age agritourism, including raising top-of-the-line grass-fed cattle, offering free-range chickens and some of the best organically-grown veggies you’ll ever eat.

But it’s not just their product that is amazing, it’s how they achieve it. With one of the only Temple Grandin-approved abattoir’s in the southeast, and a business model that is quickly becoming the industry standard, White Oak is the next generation of American-produced farming ingenuity.
