2024 Summer Passport Challenge
Join Visit Albany’s Summer Passport Challenge! Experience Albany in new and exciting ways through dining, entertainment, and shopping this summer.
Visit Albany’s Summer Passport challenges you to visit 6 of Albany’s attractions; Flint RiverQuarium, Chehaw Park & Zoo, Radium Springs Gardens, Thronateeska Heritage Center, Albany Museum of Art, and the Albany Civil Rights Institute. In addition to visiting all 6 attractions, the passport instructs you to dine at 1 restaurant, shop at 1 Albany storefront, and attend 1 event. The restaurant, shop, and event must be listed on Visit Albany’s website to qualify.
To verify participants have completed the passport, participants must take a photo at each location and tag @visitalbanyga on social media. Participants can get their passports signed or stamped by employees at the location to verify their visit as well.
The passport encourages people to go and see all Albany has to offer. After completing the passport, participants will receive a Visit Albany summer essentials pack. For the price of fun, participants receive Visit Albany goodies all packaged up in our limited-edition cooler bags, and an entry into our Grand Prize drawing, with a value of $300.
The challenge begins now and completed passports need to be returned to the Albany Welcome Center in Downtown Albany by August 30th.
