Bridging the Community mural

Overview

Near the intersection of North Broadway Street and East Broad Avenue in Downtown Albany see the “Bridging the Community” mural. The mural's goal was to paint the bypass as the gateway to the beauty and history of East Albany. This mural was completed by artist Cameron Malphrus in 2015. Malphurus is a local and traveling artist that frequently completes projects in the Albany area. He is a part of the team behind the Golden Ram heads painted on the streets of Downtown Albany to celebrate Albany State University's Homecoming each year.
