FREC 5K Race Series: Monster Dash

Overview

Join us for the Monster Dash presented by GA’s Own Credit Union, the second event of the 5th Annual Flint River Entertainment Complex (FREC) 5K Race Series. Hosted at Veterans Park Amphitheatre in Downtown Albany, the Monster Dash is a fun, family-friendly event that welcomes runners and walkers of all experience levels.
The race begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 24, with the course starting and finishing at the Veterans Park Amphitheatre. This event features its own unique 5K course and continues a three-race series that continues throughout the fall.
