Join us Saturday, April 22nd at the Flint Riverquarium as we celebrate our favorite planet—Earth! We will have a special morning showing of Watermelon Magic, a film about the magic of how things grow! Enter to win a basket of magical garden goodies! Come hang out in the Golly Gee Garden and learn about our favorite pollinators, the honey bees. You might even get to sample some honey! We’ll also have some flower pots available to decorate in your favorite Earth Day colors. Take these pots home at the end of the day and plant your favorite flowers! Special appearances will be made by Miss Georgia Watermelon Queen, Miss Albany, Miss Albany Outstanding Teen and Miss Flint River Outstanding Teen. 2017 RUN FOR HOPE HIV/AIDS Awareness 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

JOIN US IN THE FIGHT! Run or walk a timed 5K race benefiting the HIV/AIDS early Intervention services of Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc. All proceeds will support HIV/AIDS community outreach, testing, education and direct medical services at Albany Area Primary Health Care Clinics. This community gathering will serve as a vehicle to not only educate the community but to honor those affected by the condition while serving as a viable tool in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
